Universal pH paper

Check food preparation pH easily and avoid undesired results (e.g. : when preparing alginate pearls) with this Litmus paper. Dip a strip into the preparation and compare the result read on the colour scale : from 1 (very acid) to 14 (very basic). Neutral pH for water is around 7.
