Sous Vide Professionnal comes ready to use and requires no extra add-ons to function: it can be clamped directly onto most tanks or pans (minimum immersion level is 8,6 cm).

Sous Vide Professionnal ensures constant precise temperature control (within 0,1°F / 0,06°C) between 25 and 100°C (212°F) over time and for up to 30 litres.
