The introduction of these products onto the market illustrates our firm intention to democratise natural texturisers and creative cooking –sometimes labelled « molecular cuisine »- amongst debuting cooks as well as experienced chefs.
Our products have been selected from all over the world for their premium food and nutritional quality. These ingredients mainly come from processed seaweed, tubers or seeds.
This innovative and relevant marketing strategy was rewarded by the SIAL 2008 committee as one of the most outstanding innovations of the Food Show (amongst 5500 participants).
